Abstract

The article describes the features of an enterprise’s business process management, modern techniques, their advantages and ways of realization. The analysis of the possible implementation problems of the techniques is shown and ways of overcoming. There were also identified some key factors for choosing a project for business process management. Here is also shown the diagram of business processes optimization based on evaluating the performance of Information System. The progress of the research process in the form of a questionnaire survey of companies’ experts is also described, giving the developed form of the questionnaire and respondents’ answers. The paper also describes the use of multiple regression models to research data.
