Zusammenfassung

Bewusstseins- und Verhaltensstörungen stehen bei Patienten der neurologischen Frührehabilitation häufig im Vordergrund. Bei den meisten ist die erlittene Hirnverletzung oder Hirnerkrankung die Ursache der psychopathologischen Veränderungen. Diese können Wachheit, Bewusstseinslage, Bewusstseinsinhalt, Wahrnehmungen, Überzeugungen, affektive Bewertungen und Zustände, Ängste und Sozialverhalten betreffen. In der ICD (F06 bis F09) wird die Analogie zu psychiatrischen Erkrankungen gezogen; es wird jedoch betont, dass es sich um die Folge einer organischen Störung handelt.
