Abstract

The performance incentive methods of college teaching include target incentives, treatment incentives, material incentives, spirit incentives and democratic management incentives. These methods must be integrated alternatively and take the appropriate degree in order to be artistic, concrete and feasible, and unite perfectly the overall development of school performance and the individual teacher performance.
