Abstract
Regional college, responsible for the provision of trained personnel and technology for regional economy, is an important part of Chinese higher education system. The study starts with the connotation and the influencing factors of employability, applies for SWOT theory to analyse employability, and puts forward three strategies and four systems to improve the employability.
