Abstract

In this chapter, we collect figures and tables that present the data obtained in the investigation of elastic and inelastic scattering cross-sections of slow, medium-energy, and fast electrons e and relatively slow positrons e. We will present total and partial, different in angle and energy, Compton scattering cross-sections for a number of atoms and ions, both positive and negative. Where it is available, experimental data will be presented.
