Eine menschengerechte Arbeitsplatzgestaltung: Chancen und Hindernisse

Abstract

Innovationsfähigkeit entsteht nicht ex nihilo, sondern ist in besonderem Maße auf ein innovations- und kreativitätsförderndes Organisationsumfeld angewiesen. Die Etablierung eines solchen Umfelds ist im Zuge des industriellen Umstrukturierungsprozesses der jüngeren Vergangenheit jedoch eher behindert als gefördert worden. Der folgende Beitrag analysiert den industriellen Umstrukturierungsprozess vor und nach der letzten globalen Krise und beleuchtet auf Basis dieser Analyse ein neues Innovationskonzept. Darauf aufbauend wird mithilfe von standardisierten Begriffen eine zur Einführung dieses Innovationskonzepts geeignete Organisation skizziert. In den abschließenden Bemerkungen werden die Ausführungen zusammengefasst und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Zukunft gegeben.
