Abstract
Arbeitsorganisation wird heute zumeist als Privatsache des einzelnen Unternehmens betrachtet. Tatsächlich lassen sich Produktivität und Innovationsfähigkeit als wichtige unternehmerische Leistungsindikatoren durch Arbeitsorganisation in hohem Maße beeinflussen. So erscheint die Gestaltung von Arbeitsorganisation als ein bestimmendes Element und Erfolgsausdruck unternehmerischen Handelns.
