Abstract

It’s an educational feature of our school to cultivate senior applicative engineering technical talents with a sustainable development. “Return to Engineering” and the cooperative education of manufacture, study and research are important methods to cultivate applicative talents and improve the educational quality on engineering students. Based on the analysis on “Return to Engineering” and the cooperative education of manufacture, study and research, the Paper makes a positive exploration and practice on talent cultivation mode, course system reform and practical educational system construction for mechanical majors, so as to develop the engineering application ability and awareness of students and improve their comprehensive qualities through “Return to Engineering” and the cooperation of manufacture, study and research.
