Abstract
College-enterprise cooperation and working-schooling combination are the only way to be taken for higher vocational colleges. Department of Architectural Engineering of Henan Polytechnic Institute has innovated upon the talents training mode “Expert + Enterprise, Employment + Entrepreneurship”, which explores “2+0.5+0.5” flexible talents training mode and focuses on deep-level cooperation between college and enterprise through practices of college-enterprise cooperation in many years. Furthermore, the department has established a “Teaching, Learning and Practicing Integration” platform through the completion of actual production tasks assigned by the enterprise and the studio teaching mode. Teachers are able to realize production-teaching integration and work-study combination through technical service and combination of practical theory and practice.
