Abstract
Professor Koontz said that we were exploring the management theory jungle a half century ago. However, we are still stay in this jungle and it has brought a lot of problems to our society. This paper studies those problems from the angle of Chinese management philosophy, and gives some solutions to those problems. What’s more, in China, do companies should apply western management thoughts or Chinese traditional thoughts in management? This paper can give some references.
