Abstract

The internet-based information technology reform provides unprecedented impact for enterprise’s management operating mode, ideological concept, etc., and it also proposes challenge for finance management. Compared with traditional finance management, the account management content, management mode, working mode and finance number has become under e-commerce environment. There are many disadvantages in traditional finance management, so it must timely create finance management to meet the new environmental change. This paper analyzes the innovation direction of finance management from the perspective of e-commerce environment: in idea, it should build the open “large finance” management concept; in finance management goal, it should change “shareholder wealth maximization” to multi-goals which takes intellectual property as its represent; the finance evolution system should increase non-finance information index, etc; in addition, the risk management and finance budget step under e-commerce environment should pay more attention and strengthen.
