Abstract
This paper use Web services in technology data-sharing platform to solve the data transmission problem in which the data is distributed and heterogeneous. Designed a data exchange model which apply to data sharing well, explained the principle of data transmission and the implementation methods of the core function’s details. It achieved the data which is distributed and heterogeneous share effectively by using this design in technology program management system.
