Abstract

Industrial policy and competition policy are the basic form of state intervention in the economy. They have differences in many aspects. But they are not irreconcilable. It is very important how to effectively coordinate between industrial policy and competition policy. In this paper, we analyze the conflict between industrial policy and competition policy based on the content and the relations of them, and then we propose the coordination path from coordination legal basis, coordination principle, coordination body, coordination methods.
