Abstract
The so-called ‘integrated surveillance’ means that such risks and disasters as flood, rainfall, drought, engineering, typhoon, etc can be synchronously and real-timely kept under surveillance. The designing style of the case system based on the ‘integrated surveillance’ concept is different from the systems which monitor the every sort of the risks and disasters separately. This system makes the user can quickly, duly, directly and thoroughly find out the information of current risks and disasters and also their spatial position. So it has practical significances for the water conservancy departments, and is much more adaptable to the requirements of combating flood, drought and typhoon disasters in time of the crucial flood season.
