Zur Laborbewertung von Verbundisolatoren nach deren Entnahme aus dem Netz

Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel hat die Laborbewertung von gealterten, alten oder ausgefallenen Leitungs-Verbundisolatoren zum Inhalt. Für die Bewertung des technischen Zustandes werden verschiedene Methoden, Philosophien und Hilfsmittel beschrieben, die eine Abschätzung der verbleibenden Einsatzdauer von Verbundisolatoren des gleichen, wie untersuchten Typs ermöglichen. Die zu bewertenden Verbundisolatoren werden gezielt der Leitung entnommen, um repräsentative Ergebnisse für diese Isolatorengeneration zu erhalten. Oft werden auch Analysen durchgeführt, wenn im Rahmen von planmäßigen Austauschaktionen alte Verbundisolatoren zur Verfügung stehen. Wurde ein kritisches Betriebsverhalten bereits festgestellt, ist die Bewertung von mindestens zehn Isolatoren empfehlenswert. Wenn der Leitungsverlauf verschiedene Verschmutzungszonen oder sich anderweitig unterscheidende Belastungen einschließt, ist von jeder eine ausreichende Anzahl von Isolatoren zu untersuchen. Bei der Entnahme aus dem Netz ist zu beachten, dass die Einbaubedingungen ausreichend und eindeutig zuordenbar dokumentiert werden. In vielen Fällen kann der Hersteller der Verbundisolatoren weitere Daten zur Produktidentifikation beistellen (technischer Stand der Isolatorengeneration, Produktionsdatum, Materialchargen usw.). In kritischen Fällen wird empfohlen, die Bewertung mit dem Hersteller und einem spezialisierten unabhängigen Labor durchzuführen. Das Feststellen von intensiven Alterungserscheinungen, die praktisch das Ende der Lebensdauer bedeuten, kann die erneute Entnahme weiterer Isolatoren des gleichen Typs/Generation erfordern.
