Abstract

In this chapter the proposed ABM will be explained in detail. The previous chapter presented different scenarios such as cellular automata, Markov model, CA-Markov model and logistic regression model. The advantages and disadvantages of each model were established and integrated into the ABM model. In this chapter, we start with the classification of agents into three types: resident agents, developer agents, government agents. Each agent controls the variety of behaviour arising from that particular agent. Therefore, behaviours are modelled to figure out their specific interactions. Finally, the presumed agents are combined together to project mutual interactions between themselves.
