Abstract
\({\rm{Let}\,{f}\,:\,(\mathbb{C},{0})}\, \)be a hypersurface singularity with a 1-dimensional singular locus. In general, it is rather difficult to determine the horizontal and vertical monodromies \(\left\{{m^1}_{j,hor} \right\} ^s_j=1 \,{\rm{and}}\left\{{m^1}_{j,ver} \right\}^s_j=1 \,{Sing}(V_f) \) especially the vertical one.
