Abstract
In this work we deal with acquiring, data processing and consecutive analysis of physiological data acquired at the Charles University, Faculty of Science. Data are com-posed from psychophysiological factors, acquired from psycho-logical questionnaires, for determine a level of dominance (submissiveness). Second part of data was acquired by measuring of electrophysiological parameters (ECG, GSR, body temperature), in pair tests (stress and relax state). We found parameters useful for recognizing of relaxation and stressfull state. After that we found a correlation between psychological factors and some parameters of HRV analysis, whereas using of psychological factors helps to better distinguishing between pair states.
