Abstract
Cultivation of the postgraduate creativity is the core content of postgraduate education. The reformation of postgraduate curriculums should lay stress on cultivating of innovation ability as the main purpose, update the educational concepts, reinforce teaching reforms, optimize the contents of curriculum structure, and carry out a great diversity of teaching organizational modes. Studies on coordination chemistry have been one of the most vigorous fields in chemistry. In order to strengthen innovative ability for postgraduates, the curriculum system, teaching contents, teaching methods and examination methods for coordination chemistry were reformed, and obtained better effects.
