Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, China is in great demand for the talents so that the postgraduate student education in China develops very rapidly. The training of innovative postgraduate students is a systematic project, which requires the close integration of all aspects and various elements of postgraduate education. Only by deepening the education innovation can we implement those elements into the practice of training the postgraduates’ innovative abilities. By analyzing the basic elements of the postgraduate training mode, this paper puts forward the training mode of innovative postgraduates suitable for our country from the following four aspects——training goal, training process, curriculum arrangement and quality management.
