Abstract
With the development of building industry in China, it requires a lot of engineering management professionals, so the colleges and universities should focus on developing and training the practical and innovative ability of engineering management students, and strengthening the practice of teaching and research actively in order to make students adapt to market requirements and industry development demands on practical and innovation capacities. Besides, they should make contributions to train applicable professionals for society.
