Abstract
Cooperative leaning techniques have their own unique advantages for the teacher and the students. This paper is to discuss the English teaching model of cooperative learning in the network environment in higher vocational education based on theory of cooperative learning and theory of computer-assisted cooperative learning. First, it introduces the characteristics of the computer-assisted cooperative learning, and then it analyzes the process of the English teaching model of cooperative learning in the network environment. Furthermore, it discusses the specific contents of each element of cooperative learning in the network environment. At last, it gives its advantages and future development.
