Abstract

College students’ employability is the comprehensive quality and the potential system including discipline knowledge, ability and psychological quality. The art education should exert its unique function as an important part of the over-all development education. Around the employment of college graduates force developed, we should take active measures widely developing a variety of art education to enrich students’ knowledge. Strengthen emotional factors help to promote college students’ emotional development. We should also permeate professional ethics education. Pay attention to the creativeness of art education and stimulate it. In addition, we should actively promote the development of college students’ personality, develop its harmonious interpersonal relationship, and comprehensively advance college students’ employment.
