Abstract

The college English elective courses are courses aiming at the students who pass the cet4 test. The purpose to offer the courses is to improve the students’ practical application level and comprehensive quality from all around. With the help of questionnaire, the paper intends to learn their reflections of the current elective courses and other requirements, the needs of students in course selection, whether English elective courses have brought practical help, and what adjustment and improvement can we make when we offer the elective courses.
