Abstract
The streaming-media technology has been widely used in language teaching in classroom. This paper has discussed how to transform English language teaching from traditional classroom-oriented teaching method to the method combination of multi-media network and classroom teaching by adopting advanced streaming-media technology, and further apply personalized teaching. Meanwhile, it has demonstrated the application of the streaming-media technology in English teaching based on network circumstance. Finally, this paper has studied the means of developing common audio-visual materials in foreign language teaching.
