Abstract

This paper gives a complex dynamical network model. In this network, the agent interacts with its neighbors with time-varying delays. Using the Lyapunov method and the matrix inequality, we discuss the synchronization of the proposed network based on the synchronous target with and without time-varying delays, respectively. Furthermore, we verify our theoretical results by some simulations.
