Abstract
Facing high risks and the high failure rate in developing new products, it seems to be necessary to assess the management of a company in its new product development projects. Combining with the PMI-OPM3 model and features of the organizational environment, this study creates a new model to manage the maturity of a product development project, aiming at providing a useful tool to enhance the success ratio of the product development projects.
