Abstract

Production logistics is the core business, only it has the rational organization of production logistics, it can make the production process always at its best. Logistics information system can improve logistics management system, achieve production logistics functions the transition from functionalization to integration and establish enterprise logistics management information system. Reasonable allocation of manpower, material resources can make allocation of resources more optimal and make the relevant parts no longer waiting for each other, so this can avoid flow stagnation. This article defines supply chain integration models to fulfill synergy in the supply chain and core competence of single enterprise within the supply chain.
