Abstract
As far as land tenure system in China is concerned, some serious problems exist objectively, for instance, the absent subject, Incomplete property right and decentralized management. We should adhere to collective ownership of farmland in the purpose of providing protection for social stability and security as well as economic development. The reform of land tenure system probably is implemented through the joint-stock form, which may by grouped by villages and villagers.
