Abstract

By using the methods of investigating and of listing analysis the data from Hong’an and from Xiao Chang , two countries of the Hubei Province in china, we can analysis and review the scale of the folk borrowing of farm households suffering major diseases. From the research, we know that the folk borrowing have a positive effect on the fragile side of livelihood of farm households suffering major illnesses. Based on this survey, we draw several conclusions so that we can put up with some suggestions and counter plans.
