The Performance Evaluation of Green Supply Chain of Enterprise

Abstract

From the analysis of green supply chain management,we have set up performance evaluation index system and evaluation model of green supply chain about the enterprise. we have determined the eight primary index and 23 secondary indexes and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Take CC enterprise as an example,it apply the established index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to performance evaluation analysis of green supply chain of the enterprise,It pointed out that the optimization of green supply chain performance about the enterprise is not high.Put forward the advice that the enterprise how to implementation management of green supply chain,the enterprise can use resources and energy reasonably,reduce pollution to the environment,Break the green trade barriers of international, Walk the road of green supply chain management basic on sustainable development.
