While studies on DIC have been one of the hignlights in the academe in recent years, The empirical research on the DIC of Hubei rape, which has become the mainstay industry of “Hundred-Billion-Yuan” and the efficency-adding to agriculture & income-adding to farmers because of the largest planting especially the largest “Double-Low” planning area in China, becomes more and more important and is given in this paper. By the study that has not been done before, we know that Hubei rape owns high quality in itself and has its advantages and disadvantages in the DIC. According to these, we give the corresponding advices on Hubei rape industry.
