Abstract
In recent years, development of the global paper industry is quite fast, so the research on China paper industry is becoming much-needed. From the angle of Kearney’s industrial evolution theory, this paper analyzes indicators such as CR3 of the global paper industry and focuses on the development modes of 20 global paper firms, and determines the global paper industry is in the scale stage of Kearney’s theory and China paper industry needs to accelerate the pace of horizontal mergers and acquisitions to improve their market share.
