Abstract

Agricultural finance projects are the primary source of constructing new socialist countryside, and utilizing efficiency of the financial fund plays a prominent role for expediting construction of new socialist countryside. Taking 18 cities in Henan province as an example, the author constructed index system which consisted of input and output indexes according to the objectives of new countryside construction, adopted data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index to measure the scale efficiency, technology efficiency and the changes of agricultural finance projects. In order to establish the sample for learning in the province, the author ranked for integrated efficiency of each city.
