Abstract

In order to explore better human resource management mode, through studying the relationship between psychological contract and human resource management, we find the psychological contract, as a psychological ties of employees and organization, is very important to the effective human resource management. It influences employee’s behaviors and attitudes, and determines employee’s motivation from organizations and employee’s devotion to organizations. It also exerts huge effects on organizational commitment, job performance, job satisfaction, career satisfaction and employee’s demission, etc. In order to construct the innovative human resource management mode, on basis of people-oriented organizational culture, the organizations should start the creation of the psychological contract from recruiting. And then they should formulate the win-win career plan, and establish effective training mechanism, fair appraisal mechanism and impartial salary based on psychological contract.
