Abstract

The cumulative curve of development cost for torpedo shows similar to shape S. Establish the grey Verhulst model of development cost for torpedo, selecting the data for several years. We can get fitted values of its historical data and the predictive value of the next data. To take full advantage of information resource contains in the raw data, we find a mapping between historical data and the predictive value using BP neural networks. Simulation shows that this method has good prediction accuracy.
