Introduction

The concept of distance learning has already been studied for many years. As shown in [40], at the beginning distance learning systems were used primarily at universities. The next step in the evolution was using distance learning systems in organizations and supporting knowledge workers [16] and to become an important element of corporate information systems. Studies of [34] have shown that the success of solutions offering learning-on-demand opportunities is correlated with growing adaptation of distance learning systems in companies’ environment through implementation of modern technologies and solutions.
