Abstract

Accelerating the informatization in underdeveloped rural areas is significant for promoting the informatization in rural areas. Based on the current research, three fundamental questions are raised, namely, what are the need, the starting point and the path of informatization in the rural areas? According to the survey of 52 underdeveloped rural villages of Ningbo, the pattern of the starting point and the differentiated path are put forward to answer those three questions. Finally, some suggestions are given according to the state quo of the informatization in underdeveloped rural areas.

This project were supported by the Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project of Ningbo(#G10-A46) and Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China(#Y6110693) and Zhejiang Provincial Education Science Planning Project of China(#SCG449).
