Abstract

The system of network public opinion monitor and analysis could detect and process the massive public opinion data in the internet automatically, thus the difficult in traditional manual processing is effective solved. In this paper, the construction of distributed system for network public opinion monitor and analysis is presented. Firstly, the importance of monitoring and analyzing network public opinion is summarized, and then the system structure and infrastructure as well as main function are introduced, after that the main solving problems are analyzed. The proposed system is an important assistant tool for decision making to deal with the emergency, which could improve the ability of public opinion management.
