Abstract

In this chapter, a first order SM observer and an observer based on the adaptation of a quality function have been developed in order to estimate the vehicle dynamics such as side slip angle, the unknown forces and identification of parameters of the vehicle. The advantage and the inconvenient of each method is then noticed
