Zusammenfassung
Eine wichtige Aufgabe beim Wandel zu einem nachhaltigen Energiesystem liegt für Unternehmen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher neuer Geschäftsmodelle. Wir skizzieren die Notwendigkeit von strategischen Innovationen bei hoher Unsicherheit als zentrale Herausforderung für den Energiesektor und erläutern die Teildisziplinen eines strategischen Innovationsmanagements. Anschließend beschreiben wir ein Rahmenkonzept für den Wandel komplexer sozialer Systeme und die verschiedenen Entwicklungsebenen, die dabei zusammen wirken. Dieser Wandel erfordert eine Verankerung des Themas Nachhaltigkeit im Strategieprozess von Unternehmen. Ein Design neuer Geschäftsmodelle erfolgt zunehmend unter Einsatz von Web 2.0-Werkzeugen, die eine verbesserte Interaktion der Beteiligten ermöglichen. Dabei müssen traditionelle Energieversorger im Wettbewerb untereinander und mit neuen Akteuren ihr unternehmerisches Handeln optimieren. Wir erläutern den Prozess der Geschäftsmodell-Innovation am Beispiel der Energiedienstleistungen. Dieses Vorgehen zielt darauf ab, gemeinsam mit Kunden und Wertschöpfungspartnern neue Problemlösungen zu gestalten.
