Zusammenfassung
Ein 44-jähriger Mann erleidet bei einem Motorradunfall im Juni 2007 in Deutschland eine komplexe Humeruskopfluxationsfraktur rechts (◘ Abb. 9.1). Zusatzverletzungen liegen nicht vor. Vorbelastet ist der Patient durch ein 8 Jahre zuvor operativ saniertes thorakales und abdominales Aortenaneurysma bei arterieller Hypertonie und Nikotinabusus.
