Abstract
As one of the key factors which mankind depends on for existence, energy is the necessary strategic material which plays an important role in national economic and social development. In order to cope with changes the energy situation, the Chinese government and the domestic provinces have gradually began to vigorously develop new energy industry, and the study on new energy industry has been given more and more important significance. Therefore, this paper takes the energy industry as the researching object and makes an evaluation index system of flawlessness to evaluate the flawlessness of new energy industry chain, combining Rough Sets with BP Neural Network Theories.
