Abstract
Higher Vocational Education should foster and improve student’s professional ability, and concentrate on student overall growth and the continued development of their career. The developmental direction of Higher Vocational Education model is the Higher Vocational Project Course, which will effectively perform the guiding role of evaluation mechanisms in project course. This paper starts with the connotation of the project course developmental evaluation in the Higher Vocational Education, and then discusses the methodology and construction of the developmental evaluation of the project course.
