Abstract
We propose a teaching method taking project as the main theme and isomerization as the soul by the long-term teaching practice of database course design. This method emphasizes taking the project as center in the process of course design, organizing teaching according to the organization method of real project, and stresses the factors such as subject isomerism, personnel isomerism and grading isomerism in the process of teaching. Practice proves that this method can provide some help for students to improve their abilities in creation, independence and cooperation, and be useful to other sectors of practice teaching.
