Abstract
Most kinetic control systems available domestically, such as dispensing systems, do not have image processing functions. In the paper, image process software based on VB language and MATLAB language is designed, and it is used successfully on a dispensing test system. Degree of automation can be improved through two functions of the software. One is whether coordinates are correct or not can be determined from images. The other is real coordinates from encoders can be read automatically through the image processing. Experiments show the validity of the image process software.
