Abstract

HACCP system has been applied in the fields of drinking water safety, feed safety, animal source food security , risk management of securities companies as well as dangerous goods logistics security .Based on one of coal mines of our country as an example, the paper carries out an explorative study on the HACCP system for its control of gas concentration .Application of fault tree analysis techniques to identify the coal production which may lead to the potential hazards of excessive gas concentration, applied decision tree analysis techniques to determine the critical control points, the establishment of critical limits, monitoring systems and corrective measures, and analysis of the verification process and file and record keeping systems.
