Abstract

This paper clarified the forming of management philosophy was inevitable to management science’s development. First of all, this paper clearly explained the content of management philosophy from the forming reason. Secondly, this paper analyzed the double importance of management philosophy amid theory and practice of management science research, thus proposed the necessity of managing philosophy research. Finally, this paper put up with prediction to the evolution tendency of managing philosophy’s development through above analysis and the professional knowledge in management science.
