Abstract

The paper discusses the possibilities of the weighing machine modifications in relation to use by purblind and sightless people. The systems use several commercial weighing machines with common digital displays. There are requested two main functions of adjusted weighing machines. One is the weight measurement and the second is a value reproduction in spoken words. These are the four methods presented in detail to solve with their advantages and disadvantages.
