Abstract
The four cases presented in this chapter demonstrate typical features of TSPK: the chronic, relapsing course; the common confusion with adenovirus infections; the equally common empiric use of potent topical steroids resulting in resolution of the keratitis followed by recurrence after the treatment is stopped; the presence of TSPK lesions in the absence of symptoms; and the absence of permanent damage or sight-threatening sequelae after more than two decades of the disease.
